Electronic identification of voters

For the first time in Montenegro, the elections passed without spray and optical readers. Instead, at each polling station was an electronic device with implemented software, which displays the visual identification of voters by passing a bio-metric passport or ID card.

The app also has a section that specifies how many voters turned out, much has been identified, for as long as identification of attempted multiple times, and how many of those who have tried to be identified and are not included in the system.

The unit may at any time to show what the turnout at the polling station.
