S&T has a long and successful track record of managing the IT operations of local and international customers, which includes the management of servers, storage systems, desktops applications and networks.



A core element of Managed IT Operations are Service Level Agreements (SLAs), through which customers transfer responsibility for their IT landscape to S&T, and on the basis of which S&T provides the respective services for customers in a consistent and transparent manner. S&T Managed IT Operations focus on desktop and data center services, but also include services such as the leasing of experts, selective out-tasking and full outsourcing projects.
