JOB DESCRIPTION

• Activities related to the implementation of professional services:
  
  • implementation, integration and configuration of standard industrial solutions required for: creation and protection of computer networks, information systems or parts of information systems;
  • technical support service delivery and maintenance of standard industrial solutions required for: creation and protection of computer networks, information systems or parts of information systems;
  • technical support service delivery and maintenance of the systems required for the normal functioning of S&T Montenegro, as well as systems that serve to host service equipment or application.
• Tasks related to pre-sales and sales activities:
  
  • monitoring changes in industry, and in the local market. Introducing your superiors with the changes and proposing improvements, in order to reduce the impact of changes on business results.
  • constant communication with users in the terms of monitoring their needs, indicating changes in technologies, proposing changes and improvement of units or complete information systems;
  • tracking changes in industry. Testing new products, getting details about them. Introducing your superiors with the test results and the possibilities for expanding cooperation with new partners, in order to improve the business;
  • provision of technical information required for the preparation of bids/proposals;
  • other jobs done in accordance with the current work plan, lawfully,and instructions and orders of the director

CONDITIONS

• Higher education in the scope of 180 credits (VI level of qualification of education)
• Faculty of Social and Natural Sciences (natural sciences and mathematics,faculties of engineering-technology or informatics field)
• Languages: English
• Work experience: minimum 1 year;
• Ability to communicate, troubleshoot and multitasking
• Knowledge of Network & Security technologies. Preferred certificates for Firewall, Intruder Prevention System, Public Key Infrastructure, Antivirus, ... technologies
